New Yoga classes begining May 10th every Friday 2024.
Back to back 30 min chair yoga, Qi-gong, stretches, isometric stability, and mobility.
First class focusing on: neck, shoulders and upper back, hands and wrists, eye exercises for vision. 30 min.
Second class focus: torso twists, abdomen tone, hips, knees ankles and feet. 30 min.
